No company can succeed without good help. I am fortunate to have some very knowledgable field staff to assist me. Field staff have a very important task, and that is to test El Grande Lures in a myriad of waters. They then report any positives and shortfalls concerning those lures. It does not hurt to be a "good stick" either. These field staff spend many days on the water and can be a wealth of information to you.

Field Staff also are emissaries to the company. They are more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have concerning El Grande Lures.
